Such a great machine Review by Wanda

I bought my Janome in December 2012. It works perfectly, it’s a great machine. It has no issues, doesn't break the threads, doesn't “choke”, it’s a great piece of equipment. The only issues I had with it were caused by operator error, lack of attention when using it. The first time I tried to use it with a flash drive it didn't want to read it. However with a smaller flash, a 1 or 2 GB one, it reads fine. So I use a smaller capacity drive just to be sure. It works with a 4 GB flash and for some of the more intricate designs I need the capacity and it reads well.
The stitch work it does looks so awesome – the hoop it has is a 5.5x7.9 one over 140mmx 200. It’s more than enough for me, for serious work.
Now that I use this machine every day, my only sort of regret is not having jumped the boat years ago. Embroidery work takes so little effort and for the price of the 350E it’s really a great deal.
Next time I think I’m going to go for a machine that can get larger patterns down. The 200x140 is still okay, but I want to expand into larger embroidery work. It’s okay still, but for extra large designs you need to rehoop, which while easy, it still takes a bit of time. SO for now I’m working the 350E full time and raising the money for a larger hoop machine. Janome, of course!

I just bought the 350E and I love the extra stuff it came with.! The price is a little on the expensive side, but, you get what you pay for, and in this case it’s a lot. A good machine, for sure!
Really great machine, super quality! Review by Marilyn

So easy to use and so easy to set up! My Singer and my older Janome were alright but for real embroidery work I needed more “muscle” and this one provides in full! There are lots of designs online that are already built in, and lots more just waiting to be downloaded online. I also can save my designs on a memory stick and that makes my life so easy. It’s a great deal the 350E and I totally recommend it!

I have some issues getting the machine to read some of my designs off the USB stick. I also don’t know how to tell when the stitch pattern is too large for the machine to be able to use… If you have had this issue please give me a hand! Otherwise the machine is really great.
