Janome 3160QDC Sewing Machine
- Product Review (submitted on June 13, 2014):
- This machine will really impress you! I mean let’s just look at all the features it has: it has its own needle up/needle down button, which makes manual adjustments of the fabric you’re working with a breeze; then it’s got a professional grade feed system, and that translates to straight lines when stitching and backstitching; the button holes are pretty easy to use; it can stretch stitch for knits and it comes with an automatic cutter. As far as its price range, you really get features that only high end machines have. I mean, the needle up and down feature alone is worth the money, let alone everything else. I also love that being rather on the lighter side, you can easily take it and drop it anywhere, and, if you don’t have a specific place for it, once set somewhere you can easily move it. I’ve been very happy with a basic, no frills Singer for a while now, but with this machine I feel I’ve gotten a real upgrade. So I really have to recommend this Janome model, it’s really a machine worth buying and working with.
